Payment is taken at the time of the appointment. You can use Venmo, a check payable to 3D Vitality Massage, cash or a credit card. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. Please give a 24- hour notice, by email or answered phone call, of any schedule changes or cancellation requests.

If you are late to your session, you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in you scheduled appointment time. However, with respect to the person coming after you, we are unable to extend time beyond what has been scheduled and you will be responsible for the full amount of the session.

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and illness are just a few reasons why one might need to cancel a massage appointment. We are understanding but request the same.
