
Michelle is available late afternoon and evenings and Sundays. She studied at Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, Vancouver, WA. She has worked as a massage therapist for 7 years with extensive practice under the guidance and supervision of chiropractors, therefore bringing a wealth of therapeutic and myofascial knowledge to her clients. She has significant experience working alongside physical therapists supporting their prescribed rehabilitation programs for patients. She is certified in TMJD (Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorders)/intraoral massage, which addresses jaw disorders and migraines. Michelle has worked with a wide range of medical conditions, specifically for those recovering from motor vehicle accidents and athletic injury. She believes in whole body treatments and educating clients on muscles that are involved in the dysfunction they are experiencing. Michelle also provides prenatal and lymphatic massage.

Caroline brings extensive education and experience in fitness and performance to her work as a licensed sports massage therapist. She specializes in sports, therapeutic, neuromuscular, myofascial, lymphatic, prenatal and relaxation massage. She provides optimizing conditioning for competitive sports and therapeutic restoration for those in pain, recovering from injury, or feeling the painful effects of tension. Caroline is a graduate from Trinity College, Hartford, CT and the University of Ulster, Ireland. She is a licensed massage therapist with specialized skeletal training, a NASM stretching/flexibility coach, a fascial movement specialist (Merrithew), an advanced Pilates teacher (Stott), a NASM corrective exercise specialist and more.

For your first session, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can best prepare for your session: You will complete a brief intake form and your therapist will review your areas of concern and plan the session accordingly.
For all other sessions thereafter, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can feel unhurried and relaxed for your treatment and review any new areas of concern with your therapist.
Your privacy and comfort is of the utmost priority so you can undress accordingly. Our excellent draping practices are essential so areas not being worked will be modestly covered throughout your treatment.
Please be assured all client visits and conditions are confidential.
At any point you may request an adjustment to pressure, temperature, music volume, to work longer on an area or move on if you request it.
You may choose to talk or not talk during your massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Many clients use flexible spending accounts to pay for services. We can use your debit card account or provide receipts to submit to your employer or insurance company. We are an approved veteran health provider.
