MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR TREATMENT

Please know that your treatment time will not begin until after your review with your therapist.

If you don’t know which massage to book, please call Caroline at 603- 315-3678 or email her at caroline.3dvitality@gmail.com.

For your first session, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can best prepare for your session: You will complete a brief intake form and your therapist will review your areas of concern and plan the session accordingly.

For all other sessions thereafter, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can feel unhurried and relaxed for your treatment and review any new areas of concern with your therapist.

Your privacy and comfort is of the utmost priority so you can undress accordingly. Our excellent draping practices are essential so areas not being worked will be modestly covered throughout your treatment.

Please be assured all client visits and conditions are confidential.

At any point you may request an adjustment to pressure, temperature, music volume, to work longer on an area or move on if you request it.

You may choose to talk or not talk during your massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.

In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
